Our Health Record Management App is designed to help users store and manage their personal health records. To ensure you never lose your data, we utilize your personal Google Drive account for storage. We collect:

• Health Records: Medical history, test results, prescriptions, and vaccinations you choose to input.
• Account Information: Your Google email address and basic profile info to authenticate your identity and connect to your Drive.

2. How Your Data is Stored

Unlike traditional apps that store data on their own company servers, this app uses User-Centric Storage:

• All health records are uploaded directly to your individual Google Drive.
• Data is stored in a private folder within your Drive.
• Zero Developer Access: The developers and administrators of this app have NO access to your Google Drive, your files, or your health information. We cannot read, modify, or delete your data.

3. Use of Google Drive Permissions

The app requests access to your Google Drive for the following purposes:

• To create and update your health record files.
• To allow you to sync your data across multiple devices using the same Google account.
• To ensure your data remains available even if you lose your mobile device.

4. Data Security

Security is managed through a combination of local device protection and Google's world-class infrastructure:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted during transit between the app and Google Drive using SSL/TLS protocols.
• Authentication: Access is protected by Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system.
• Isolation: Your data is stored in your private cloud space, inaccessible to other users of the app.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any third parties.

• Since we do not have a central database, there is no "master list" of user data to share or leak.
• Your data is only "shared" with Google as your chosen storage provider, subject to Google's own Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights and Control

You maintain 100% ownership and control over your data:

• Portability: You can access your files directly via your Google Drive at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete your health records from within the app or by manually deleting the app's data folder from your Google Drive.
• Revocation: You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app improvements. However, our core principle remains: We will never implement features that allow us to access your private health records.
